Our final session will be a face to face session. There will be our seminar and mindfulness session as usual, but we will do it face to face!

About this Event

Each session will start with a presentation from leading experts to empower you to get the support and knowledge you need to thrive with a chronic condition.

Sessions end with a 45-minute practical exercise led by 747 Fitness to help you achieve greater mindfulness and inner wellbeing.
