4 fortnightly sessions delivered online to help you and your loved ones navigate chronic conditions and the challenges life throws at you.

Samira Ahmic (747 Fitness) – Weekly Mindfulness sessions

Allow Samira to gently guide you back to yourself, through gentle movement, breathwork and meditation. When we are able to quieten our mind we can hear our soul speak. Mindfulness gently guides us to be more present and connected both to ourselves and the world around us.

Samira, founder of Zamin Wellness, is passionate about all things health and wellness. About 5 years ago, Samira was suffering from chronic back pain, which was the wake-up call she needed to make her health a priority. Since then she has been on a journey to heal her body, mind, and spirit.

Samira Ahmic (747 Fitness) – Surviving to Thriving

Living with a chronic illness can be physically challenging as well as mentally and emotionally exhausting. Chronic illness can often become the centre around which our entire life revolves. In this session, Samira will share my experience with chronic illness and how she was able to go from “surviving” to “thriving”. You will walk away from this session armed with the tools to flip your mindset and get out of negative cycles and thought patterns so that you too can live your best life. 

About this Event

Each session will start with a presentation from leading experts to empower you to get the support and knowledge you need to thrive with a chronic condition.

Sessions end with a 45-minute practical exercise led by 747 Fitness to help you achieve greater mindfulness and inner wellbeing.
